Privacy Policy
Last updated: 24 August 2026. This launch policy should be reviewed before live payment acceptance.
What we collect
If you create an account, we may store your name, email, optional profile details, plan status and expiry. For paid plans, we store payment references such as order/payment IDs, amount, plan and status. We may also record basic tool usage analytics and information you submit through the support form.
Your uploaded files
Current basic PDF and image tools are designed to process files in your browser whenever possible. Those files are not intentionally uploaded to our application database for these browser-based operations. If a future tool requires server processing, that tool will disclose it before upload.
Payments
Payment checkout is handled by Razorpay. Card, UPI or banking credentials are entered into Razorpay's checkout and are not stored by Shri Sai Digital Tools. We retain transaction references needed to activate and audit your subscription.

- To activate, maintain and verify Pro access.
- To prevent abuse and diagnose tool or payment problems.
- To respond to support requests.
- To understand which tools are useful and improve the service.
Data choices
You may request correction or deletion of account information through the Contact Us page, subject to records we must retain for payment, fraud prevention, legal or accounting purposes. You can sign out at any time and can choose not to create an account for basic free tools.
Third-party services
The service may use Cloudflare for hosting/server functions, Supabase for authentication/database services, and Razorpay for payments. Government portal links open external official websites governed by their own privacy policies.
Security
We use HTTPS and server-side payment verification. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so users should avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive information.
