Refund / Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 31 August 2026. This policy applies to Shri Sai Digital Tools Pro subscriptions and paid per-output tool credits.

Digital subscription

Pro access is a digital service that is activated after verified payment. Once Pro access has been successfully activated and used, the subscription is generally not refundable for a change of mind.

When a refund may be reviewed

• A duplicate payment was charged for the same intended purchase.
• Payment was captured but Pro access was not activated and the issue cannot be corrected within a reasonable support period.
• An incorrect amount was charged due to a verified technical error.
• A refund is required under applicable law.

Paid per-output credits

The Farmer ID 2-Card 4×6 tool uses a ₹50 per-final-output credit. Preview is free. A credit is consumed only when the user confirms creation of the final 4×6 output. Once the final output has been generated successfully, that consumed digital-processing credit is generally non-refundable for change of mind. Duplicate charges or a verified technical failure that consumed a credit without producing a usable final output may be reviewed.

Failed or pending payments

If the bank/UPI app shows a debit but Razorpay reports the payment as failed or pending, settlement or automatic reversal may depend on the bank/payment network. Submit the payment ID or transaction reference through Contact Us so the status can be checked.

Cancellation

Launch plans do not auto-renew unless an auto-renew feature is explicitly introduced and accepted later. A fixed-duration plan simply expires at the end of its access period.

How to request review

Use the Contact Us form with your login email, payment ID, amount and reason. Do not send card numbers, UPI PINs or OTPs.
